This project explores how agentic AI can transform the airline support experience — shifting from static chat responses to intelligent, action-driven assistance. I designed a conversational system that understands intent, performs tasks autonomously, and guides users through complex flows like web check-ins, seat selection, booking, cab recommendations, and flight-related queries.
